Integrating Mindfulness into Coaching and Healthcare
A self-paced course for Coaches and healthcare professionals
Deepen your impact by bringing more presence, awareness, and meaning into your work.
The Desire
For bringing mindfulness into coaching and healthcare
- Do you ever wish your client sessions felt less rushed – and more grounded?
- That there was more space – for both of you – to breathe and really be present with what's unfolding?
- That you could help your clients connect more deeply with themselves and build greater awareness of their situation?
You’re not alone!
Many healthcare professionals and coaches share this wish – to support their clients more holistically and deeply, beyond surface-level change.
Yet it can be challenging to know how to bring that sense of depth and presence into your work.
The Challenge
This is where mindfulness can make a difference. It slows the pace, deepens connection, and invites your clients into greater awareness of themselves.
Why This Mindfulness Course Exists
From possibility to practice
For a long time I wanted to help my clients more holistically as a physiotherapist. I was eager to help them manage stress, feel more connected to their bodies, and get to the root of what they were struggling with. But I struggled with how to do this. I frequently heard the message that mental health was out of my professional scope.
That’s what led me to mindfulness. It felt like a natural bridge – a way to support their overall well-being while staying within my scope. However, there were a couple of hurdles to navigate first.
I realized that before I could guide others to live more mindfully, I needed to truly integrate mindfulness into my life. I had to genuinely embody it if I was going to encourage it in others.
Secondly, I wasn’t sure how to bring it into my sessions. I didn’t know how or when to fit it into my practice.
When I moved to a virtual practice, and even more so when I trained as a coach, I started to find it more natural to weave in. Looking back, I wish I had a course then that showed me the possibilities, encouraged me to experiment, and helped me work out what felt authentic to me and my clients.
This course is for the thoughtful practitioners and coaches standing where I once was, feeling curious and wanting to dive deeper.
