I support adults with their physical and mental health and well-being through coaching, mindfulness, and movement. I’m a registered physiotherapist (Ontario) with certifications in all 3 areas. 

For a limited time, I’m offering holistic health and wellness coaching on a sliding-scale payment model. This is both to support accessibility in the current financial climate, and to help me complete the required hours for international certification. 

What is Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching?

Coaching is a guided, active conversation that supports reflection, goal-setting, and identifying meaningful next steps. It’s best suited for people who are open to taking an active role in their health

Currently, my coaching focuses on supporting people with their physical and mental health and well-being. This can include things like: 

  • Stress and overwhelm
  • Mindfulness and meditation
  • Mind-body connection / awareness
  • Physical activity and movement 
  • Long-term health conditions
  • Health changes
  • Healthy routines or habits
  • Work-life balance
  • Sleep and rest
  • Ongoing pain or physical tension
  • Aging mindfully

The Benefits of Coaching

Sliding Scale Pricing for Coaching

There are five tiers, with each one existing to honour different financial realities and to support access for all. Please select the option that feels most aligned with your current situation. In brackets you’ll find the cost for 6 sessions, with discounts worked in. 

Please consider which pricing tier feels right for you. 

You will not be asked to justify your selection. Your presence is what matters most.

Supported – $20 per session ($110 for 6 sessions)

For those with limited financial capacity. This tier is for you if the other tiers would be a stretch right now. 

Contributor – $60 per session ($330 for 6 sessions)

For those with some financial flexibility and the ability to contribute at a reduced rate.

Sustainer – $160 per session ($880 for 6 sessions)

This tier reflects the true cost of a coaching session. Choose this if you’re able to meet your needs comfortably and want to sustain the coach’s ongoing work.

Sponsor – $200 per session ($1100 for 6 sessions)

For those with financial abundance who want to help fund access for others. Your generosity makes coaching possible for others.

 Custom – Choose Your Rate

If none of the tiers feel like the right fit, you’re invited to contribute an amount that aligns with your current financial situation. Every contribution is valuable.

Why I Offer Coaching

I want to live in a world where more people feel capable, confident, and in control of their health and well-being. 

I believe many people already hold the insight and direction they’re looking for in their life. But this can feel hard to access when life is full or overwhelming. It becomes easier to look outside of ourselves for answers. 

Lasting change is more likely when people arrive at their own understanding. Coaching offers you the space to slow down, to reconnect with what really matters to you, and build trust in yourself and your ability to move forward. 

FAQ

Holistic Health and wellness coaching

No. You can book a one-off session, or decide to commit to multiple sessions from the start.

All sessions are held online, via secure video-conferencing software.

Sessions are 60 minutes. After your first session, shorter sessions are possible and can be discussed during our first meeting.

No. This is a perfect opportunity to experience coaching for the first time. You are equally welcome if you have previous experience with coaching. 

What coaching isn’t:

  • A deep dive into your past
  • Diagnosing of physical or mental health conditions
  • Focused on fixing or treating
  • Prescriptive, or a one-way process 

What coaching is: 

  • Focused on the present and the future
  • Focused on setting meaningful goals
  • Grounded in your strengths  
  • Creating your next steps forward
  • An active, collaborative process

Coaching is best suited for people who:

  • are functioning relatively well, but feel uncertain or stuck, 
  • want to move forward in an area of their life, 
  • are open to reflection and taking an active role in this process,
  • benefit from accountability in following through on meaningful changes.  

Please choose the tier that best aligns with your current financial situation. There is also a custom option should none of the presented options suit you.

This depends on the coverage available to you under your individual plan. You may have access to wellness benefits within your plan that may cover coaching. Please reach out to your insurance provider for confirmation.  

Additionally, some concerns may qualify under physiotherapy (for Ontario residents only). Please get in touch (hello@groundedphysiotherapy.ca) to explore whether what you’re seeking support for qualifies under Physiotherapy. (Please note: the sliding scale model doesn’t apply for Physiotherapy. However, a discount will be applied to each session.)

Absolutely. My coaching services are available worldwide. Please keep in mind I deliver coaching in English only.
