I’m a Mindfulness Coach, Pilates Instructor, & Physiotherapist for people who want to take impactful action towards improving their physical and mental well-being.  

Having witnessed the limitations of traditional physiotherapy firsthand, I saw the need for a more proactive, holistic, and empowering approach. 

Together, we’ll pave your path to lasting wellness, empowering you to feel energized and at ease for the long-term.
