Virtual Physiotherapy is an online consultation with a registered physiotherapist. It takes place through a secure video call. 

It can take place in the comfort of your own home, office, or on the road, maximizing your time and energy. 

During the call, a physiotherapist can problem-solve through your challenges with you, observe your movement, prescribe exercises, and help you develop a plan to address your concerns. 

Virtual Physiotherapy is covered by extended health benefit plans in Ontario. Please contact your insurance provider for confirmation.

Mindfulness is at the core of my approach. I integrate mindfulness principles and practices to help you understand yourself better.

You'll learn to listen to your body and mind. Rather than guessing at what you need, or not realizing until way down the track, you'll learn to regularly check-in and take action sooner.

By developing a deeper connection with your body and mind, you will live with more purpose, presence, and ease.

Pilates and Mindful Movement

Unlike traditional physiotherapy, which often relies heavily on manual therapy, I prioritize active care.

Through the power of Pilates and mindful movement practices, you’ll take an active role in your physical and mental wellness, and build a stronger connection to your body.

Our virtual sessions may focus on personalized exercises and movement sequences that promote strength, mobility, balance, and overall physical well-being.

The Coach Approach

As a physiotherapist and coach, my focus is on supporting you in taking ownership of your health.

I’ll be asking the hard, thought-provoking questions. And you’ll be given the time and space to think them through.

This process supports you in creating your own action plan. When you engage actively in this way, you become the catalyst for positive change in your life. That’s self-empowerment right there.
