Here's My Story

I was drawn to physiotherapy

from the outset for its promise of empowering individuals to tap into their inner strength and resilience without relying on medications or invasive procedures. Yet, as I began working in the field, this reality fell short. 

Working in busy clinics, I saw the limitations of traditional physiotherapy.

The assembly-line style of care offered temporary relief without addressing the root issues, leaving me feeling drained and anxious, and my clients unwell. 

Ironically, I found myself seeking the same passive treatments I was providing to ease the toll on my body.

Incorporating Pilates into my practice

helped ease my physical strain, offered a way for my clients to actively engage in their health, and to build a deeper connection to their body.

It laid the groundwork for long-term improvement while also making our sessions more meaningful.

Yet, despite these changes, there was still a gap—

—between my clients’ physical and mental well-being. Realizing how stress affected their progress, I turned to mindfulness to bridge this gap.

But it wasn't until I recognized

my own need for mental health care that things started to change. 

Embracing mindfulness helped me be kinder to myself, understand myself better, and find inner peace on my journey. From there, I could support my clients more holistically.

Embracing coaching alongside mindfulness was pivotal in my journey.

Coaching helped me move forward in areas where I felt stuck and empowered me to navigate obstacles with confidence. I knew I needed to incorporate coaching into my approach, putting clients in the driver’s seat so they could make long-term changes and feel confident in impacting their health from within. 

Today, my focus is on you, and guiding you to confidently take the driver’s seat en route to your optimal health.  

My holistic and proactive approach, rooted in mindfulness, will leave you feeling empowered, energized, and at ease for the long-term.

My Approach

Coaching is about fostering long-term, meaningful change, rather than handing out quick-fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. And this is the approach I offer. 

In our coaching sessions, you’ll find yourself in a supportive space that’s all about you. We’ll explore your needs, dreams, and goals. You’ll be empowered to take the wheel and lead the way to your desired results. 

I’ve been there so I know getting to where you want to be is a journey, requiring energy, time, and digging deep. But you won’t be alone in this. I’ll be right beside you with my gentle, calm, and compassionate approach. You will feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
