The assembly-line style of care offered temporary relief without addressing the root issues, leaving me feeling drained and anxious, and my clients unwell.
Ironically, I found myself seeking the same passive treatments I was providing to ease the toll on my body.

Embracing mindfulness helped me be kinder to myself, understand myself better, and find inner peace on my journey. From there, I could support my clients more holistically.
Coaching helped me move forward in areas where I felt stuck and empowered me to navigate obstacles with confidence. I knew I needed to incorporate coaching into my approach, putting clients in the driver’s seat so they could make long-term changes and feel confident in impacting their health from within.
Today, my focus is on you, and guiding you to confidently take the driver’s seat en route to your optimal health.
