In Grounded Physiotherapy’s Pilates classes, mindfulness meets movement for a workout that strengthens both your mind and body.
Each class begins with a moment of connection – to your body, your breath, yourself – before moving into a full-body workout.
Guided by my passion for mindfulness and my 17+ years as a physiotherapist, I bring a quieter, slower pace that refines your form, expands your breath, and settles your mind.
You’ll move with intention, awareness, and presence, leaving each class feeling grounded, energized, and reconnected.
One on One Pilates Consult with a Physiotherapist
One on one support is available if you:
- Prefer to work one on one
- Need exercises modified specifically to your body/injury
- Want to learn the foundations one on one before joining a class (recommended), or
- Want one on one guidance and support to get the most out of your workout
*Ontario Residents can access insurance reimbursement for Physiotherapy.
