Try to stay present over the next 5 minutes. Whenever you notice that your mind has wandered, tune into your body sensations, such as your feet on the ground or tension in your shoulders, to anchor you back into the present.

Take a one minute movement break whenever you're feeling distracted, unfocused, or overwhelmed today.
