Try to stay present over the next 5 minutes. Whenever you notice your mind has wandered from the present, come back to the movement or sound of your breath to get anchored again.

Take 5 intentional breaths in the same way we did in the video, anytime you're feeling unfocused, overwhelmed, or distracted today.
